I think Tim felt good about his deal. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy client. I told Tim if my employees treated people and supplied service the way Stanley had done, I would have given my services away for free and done anything necessary to fix the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim only called back and said he felt bad about the way I had been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion cost for $135. It is truly kind of Tim to reconsider. I expect Stanley invests in training its employees on customer support and being good citizens.
